Articu Clinic

Your caseload between sessions—without another pile of recordings.

Assign targeted practice, monitor activity, review uncertain speech attempts, and bring structured information into the next session. Built for SLPs, clinic owners and clinical directors.

Fictional demo data. Filters: needs review, no practice, new activity, target sound, language, last session.

Assignment builder

Assign the exact target—every time.

Target sound, word position, practice level, word set and schedule are chosen by the clinician. Templates speed up the work without forcing the same goal on every patient.

Exact targets

Sound, position, level, frequency and optional notes under clinician control.

Caseload visibility

Needs review, no practice, new activity, target sound and language filters.

Activity monitoring

Practice days and attempts per client—adherence without surveillance.

Review queue

Listen selectively, not endlessly.

Articu organizes attempts, keeps high-confidence valid recordings structured, and routes low-confidence or conflicting attempts to a queue. The SLP listens to what matters, confirms or corrects the label, and clinician-confirmed information flows into progress.

Low confidence

Review is not a failure state. It is part of the workflow.

Optional: “Use this reviewed example to improve Articu” is only available through a separate, explicit consent and governance model.

Progress

See the pattern, then hear the evidence.

Every aggregate trend can be drilled down to the supporting attempts. Clinician-confirmed labels are always distinguishable from model-only findings.

Session intelligence

Structure trial data while the session is still fresh.

Goal, trial count, cue levels, correctness and notes become structured data. Documentation is a draft after clinician review—never an automatic clinical record.

Clinic readiness

Built toward clinic governance requirements.

Team roles, data policy controls and documentation readiness are part of the clinic workflow plan—published only as they become real.

Team roles

Clinician, supervisor and admin roles with separate permissions.

Data governance

Retention policy, access control, deletion and export workflows.

Documentation draft

Turn reviewed session data into an editable draft—clinician review required.

FAQ

Clinic questions

Does Articu write clinical notes automatically?
No. Structured session data can produce an editable draft after the clinician reviews the underlying information. Drafts are labeled as AI-assisted and clinician review is required.
Can I correct the AI's labels?
Yes. Confirm, change the label, mark as unable to judge, or exclude the recording. Clinician corrections are always distinguishable from model findings.
Will I have to listen to every recording?
No. The review queue prioritizes low-confidence or clinically relevant attempts so attention goes where clinical judgment matters.
Can supervisors see client data?
Supervisor visibility is part of the planned team model. Private clinical detail stays visible only to the treating clinician.
Can I export progress data?
Export workflows are part of the clinic plan. Data portability is treated as a first-class requirement.
